Everything was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely helpful, I stayed for 1 night. The location was decent and incredibly comfortable for exploring this peaceful area, so close to the best beach as well as sea. Had lunch/dinner at Happy Gathering, which I found at a short distance from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay thanks to hotel's affable staff. Its location was marvellous and fantastic, close to sea. Moreover, it was really close to the beach, Seaburn, and the stadium of light and travel to-and-from.
Facilities were great, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is great in a quiet area, just off the seafront, the lovely beach and the stadium of light and travel to-and-from. One of tourist spots - Seaburn Recreation Ground - is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The twin room is incredibly comfortable and tasteful. The point is the sea view was an unexpected bonus. It has marvellous and incredible location in Sunderland just next door to the stadium of light and travel to-and-from, sea front, and lovely restaurants. Would return there when in Sunderland, we didn't feel like leaving.

Booked the room with my dog for 3 nights and had a such great stay. Got double room when arrived, enjoyed that. The sea view was great. The location close to sea was marvellous and peaceful for me. Apart from that, Roker Lighthouse was 10 minutes' drive away.
